Born on June 25, 1997, Jonathan was a beloved son, father, and partner. He is survived by his son, Daddy Baby-Kingston Zion Locklear, his girlfriend and life partner, Julea Bell, his mother, Heather Justice, and his father, Alton Ray Locklear Jr. Jonathan also leaves behind several siblings, grandparents, and extended family members.
