Dondrake Blackmoore, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 19, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred in broad daylight at a gas station on Kilborne Drive. Dondrake was accompanied by his partner, Jakailah Jackson, a 27-year-old African American female, and their 3-year-old son.
