Titus Antonio Vaughn, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 13, 2020, in Wilmington, North Carolina. The Wilmington Police Department responded to a Shotspotter alert in the 100 block of South 11th Street just before 8:30 p.m. on that fateful Friday. Upon arrival, officers found Titus Antonio Vaughn with life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to New Hanover Regional Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
