Terrell Kinard Lilly, a 34-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on December 5, 2020, in St. Pauls, North Carolina. His death was reported early that morning at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, North Carolina. The Robeson County Sheriff's Office responded to a call just after midnight, finding Lilly deceased inside a car on McKinnon Lane in St. Pauls.
