Julia Rena McManus, a 50-year-old woman, was found dead on December 23, 2020, in an apartment complex in northeast Charlotte, North Carolina. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded to the scene of a homicide on Brickleberry Lane, where they discovered the bodies of Julia Rena McManus and David Victor Bruce, a 59-year-old man.
