Cedric Marcque Gillard, a 35-year-old man from Plymouth, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on April 28, 2021. He was found inside Carol's Variety Store No. 2 at 702 E. Main St. in Plymouth with multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred around 1 p.m. when law enforcement responded to a report of a person shot. Cedric Gillard was pronounced dead at the scene.
