Kizmel Kachae Norman, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 27, 2014, in Plymouth, North Carolina. Kizmel, affectionately known as "Mel" by his family, was a beloved member of his community. He graduated from Plymouth High School in 2012 and was recognized as the All State Linebacker of the Year for his high school football team.
