Oji Elon Wynn, a 25-year-old African American male, was found dead on November 14, 2019, in Plymouth, North Carolina. His body was discovered inside a white 2019 Ford Fusion on Folly Road. The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to a suspicious vehicle call at 5:47 AM and found Wynn deceased with three gunshot wounds. The investigation into his death was conducted by the Washington County Sheriff's Office in collaboration with the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation .
