Kyree Deron Dickerson, a 24-year-old African American male from Raleigh, North Carolina, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on July 30, 2021. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on U.S. Route 70 near the intersection of Interstate 40 in Garner, North Carolina. Kyree was the front-seat passenger in a 2004 Mercedes when he was shot multiple times. Despite being rushed to Wake Medical Center Garner, he succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the Mercedes was unharmed in the shooting.
