Lacarnly Dixon Sr., a 55-year-old man from Winston-Salem, NC, was tragically shot and killed in the parking lot of Mill 800 Apartments on October 4, 2021. His death marked the 29th homicide in Winston-Salem for the year 2021, compared to 23 homicides during the same period in 2020.
