Debbie Castillo Cortez, a 24-year-old woman from Warsaw, North Carolina, tragically lost her life on November 22, 2021. The incident occurred in the evening when patrol officers from the Warsaw Police Department responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Yancey Street and Matthews Street.
