Rodney Rhoades, a 46-year-old man from High Point, NC, was tragically shot and killed on February 7, 2022. Rhoades was in a vehicle with a friend who was using an ATM at a convenience store parking lot when two armed men approached them and demanded money. Rhoades was shot in the chest during the altercation and pronounced dead at the scene.
