Isaiah Keion Chestnutt, a 17-year-old African American male from Cameron, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 15, 2022. Isaiah was found shot inside a stolen car that was set on fire. The incident occurred after a drive-by shooting in Cameron, where shots were fired into a home along N.C. Highway 27. Fortunately, no one inside the home was injured. Isaiah was taken to UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
