Jeffrey Devon Williams, a 37-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on March 8, 2022, in Goldsboro, North Carolina. The incident occurred at 252 Wisteria Road, where Goldsboro Police responded to a shooting call. Upon arrival, officers discovered Williams suffering from a single gunshot wound. Medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
