Jordan Andre McDaniels, a 23-year-old African American male from Bayboro, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on July 12, 2022. The incident occurred outside the Craven County Courthouse in New Bern, North Carolina. On that fateful day, Jordan and his brother, Jaheem Dashawn McDaniels, were both shot in front of the courthouse. Jordan succumbed to his injuries, while Jaheem, aged 21, was critically injured and transported to ECU Health in Greenville.
