Oscar L. Aldridge, a 45-year-old Black male from New Bern, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on July 10, 2021. He was found unresponsive and bleeding in the parking lot beside his vehicle, having been shot multiple times. The medical examiner ruled his death as a homicide. According to the investigation, Aldridge was sitting inside his car when an unknown assailant approached him and fired the fatal shots.
