Andrew Percy Hoyle, a 71-year-old man from New Bern, North Carolina, tragically passed away on July 8, 2020. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather who had spent his career working on the railroad until his retirement. Andrew was known for his love of hunting and dancing, and he and his wife Sandra were founders of the NC Running Hounds association.
