Covair Devon Frost, a 25-year-old African American male from New Bern, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on April 20, 2015. Covair was a standout athlete during his high school years, excelling in basketball and football. He graduated from Jones Senior High School in 2009 and later attended Craven Community College, where he earned a degree as a barber. Covair was known for his dedication to his family, including his daughter Kailey Frost and his stepson and stepdaughters.
