JaMarr Antwan Parker, a 31-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 17, 2022, in Durham, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Parker was found shot inside a vehicle along Interstate 885 near the Ellis Road exit.
