Rakeem Demarko Holloway, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 8, 2022, in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Holloway was found with a gunshot wound to his chest and was initially taken to Wayne UNC Health Care for stabilization. Despite efforts to save him, he was airlifted to ECU Medical Center for advanced treatment but succumbed to his injuries later that evening.
