Gail Lynne Plotner, a 73-year-old woman from Bryson City, North Carolina, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on November 5, 2022. She was a native of Decatur, Illinois, and the daughter of the late Guy Landers and Patricia Bergschneider Landers. Gail is survived by her daughters, Dawn Phillips, Lisa Avedon, and Kelly Pellum, as well as eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
