Derek Samuel Spell, a 34-year-old man from Fayetteville, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on December 13, 2022. The incident occurred during a domestic disturbance at the apartment he shared with his girlfriend, Amanda Deloris Kelly, 30, in the 700 block of Tamarack Drive.
