Carl J "Cookie" Osborne Sr., a 33-year-old African American man from Marrero, LA, tragically lost his life on August 30, 1982. He was the beloved husband of Barbara Simmons Osborne and the father of Carl Osborne Jr. and the late Shanteil Osborne. Carl was also the son of Lawrence and Esper Rita Osborne and the brother of Muriel, Geric, and Craig Osborne.
