On the night of March 4, 1995, 24-year-old Ha Vu, a Vietnamese woman, was tragically killed in the Kim Anh restaurant in New Orleans, LA. Ha Vu and her 17-year-old brother, Cuong Vu, were working at their parents' restaurant when they were attacked by Antoinette Frank, a New Orleans police officer, and her accomplice, Rogers LaCaze.
