Nicole Williams, a 50-year-old woman, was fatally shot on February 21, 2023, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred on Mardi Gras night along a busy stretch of North Claiborne Avenue.
Nicole Williams was the cousin of New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) Interim Superintendent Michelle Woodfork.
