Alisia JaNell Williams, a 9-year-old African American girl, tragically lost her life on January 12, 2019, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred at her home in the Bundy Apartments, where she was shot and killed by her 12-year-old brother. The shooting was deemed accidental, and the boy was subsequently charged with Negligent Homicide.
