In a heartbreaking incident that shook a New Orleans community, 9-year-old Alisia Williams died from a gunshot wound she sustained inside her home at the Bundy Apartments. The young girl, remembered for her 'beautiful spirit' and infectious smile, was a loving child who enjoyed playing with baby dolls, dressing up, and dancing.
