Hassaan Riles, a 22-year-old male from New Orleans, LA, tragically lost his life on March 13, 2000. He was found on the ground, bleeding and unresponsive in the 500 block of Adele Lane, behind the Walmart on Tchoupitoulas Street. Emergency Medical Services pronounced him dead at the scene.
