Steven Michael Eleby, a 30-year-old African American male from New Orleans, Louisiana, tragically passed away on May 31, 2018. He is survived by his parents, Charles E. Bibbs, Jr. and Earline Eleby, his daughter Saniya Michelle Eleby, six siblings, and a host of other family members and friends. Steven was remembered fondly by those who knew him, and his funeral service was held on June 12, 2018, at Majestic Mortuary Service, Inc.
