Steven Michael Eleby, a 30-year-old African American male from New Orleans, Louisiana, tragically passed away on May 31, 2018. He is survived by his parents, Charles E. Bibbs, Jr. and Earline Eleby, his daughter Saniya Michelle Eleby, six siblings, and a host of other family members and friends.
