In the late spring of 2018, a life was tragically cut short on the streets of New Orleans. Steven Eleby, a 30-year-old male, was killed on May 31, 2018. The cause of his death was determined to be gun violence. At the time of his passing, Eleby was known to work as a barber, cook, and mechanic.
