Alyssa Kovash, a 20-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on April 18, 2005, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Alyssa, who was living in New Orleans and saving to attend medical school, was critically wounded during an early morning robbery. She was with a girlfriend when they were attacked by two young men.
