Luong Nguyen, a 38-year-old Vietnamese man, tragically lost his life on August 11, 2007, in New Orleans, Louisiana. His body was discovered alongside that of Anjelique Vu at approximately 9:00 a.m. on that day at 4942 Savoie Court in New Orleans East. The cause of death was determined to be homicide.
