Jessie Lee "To-To" Reed, a 26-year-old African American male, passed away on June 20, 2009, in New Orleans, LA. Jessie was the son of the late Adrene Reed and Jessie Lee Harrison, and the father of Ja'lasia Bickham. He was also a brother to Lakeyshia, Jessica, and Tyrone Reed, Darren Frith, Kendrick Forney, and T'Darryl Toney. Jessie was a beloved member of his family and community, remembered fondly by many.
