Jessie James "Black" Mitchell III, a 52-year-old African American male, passed away on January 28, 2018, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was born on December 10, 1965, to Jesse James Mitchell Jr. and Eva Mae Mitchell. Jessie was a freelance landscape artist and was baptized at the age of seven by Rev.
