Jamaria "J-Lo" Ross, a 7-year-old African American girl, tragically lost her life on March 25, 2010, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The young girl, along with her mother Angel Davis, her brother Joseph "Poppy" Davis, and her aunt Malekia Davis, were all victims of a brutal crime. They were found dead from multiple gunshot wounds, as confirmed by John Gagliano, the chief investigator for the Orleans Parish coroner's office.
