Vivian Eloise Carter-Synder, a 56-year-old African American woman from New Orleans, LA, tragically passed away on December 16, 2012. She was born on July 22, 1956, and was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Vivian was married to Ozeal Snyder for 27 years and is survived by her two sons, Dwayne and Hollis, as well as eight sisters and five brothers.
