Jerrel Oster, a 39-year-old woman from Metairie, Louisiana, was tragically found dead in her home on May 8, 2013. Initially, authorities believed she had died from head trauma, but an autopsy later revealed that she had been shot in the head. Jerrel Oster's husband, Neil, discovered her slumped over on their couch, bleeding from the head, and immediately called 911.
