Charles Meyers, a 32-year-old man from New Orleans, LA, tragically lost his life on March 26, 2014. He was found in the 11000 block of Haynes Boulevard in New Orleans East, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The incident also left another man, aged 24, with a graze wound to the head.
