Kentrell Dyion Bailey, a 30-year-old African American male, was found dead on July 28, 2014, in LaPlace, Louisiana. His body was discovered in a ditch at the intersection of Main Street and Farm Road, with a gunshot wound to the head. The St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and pronounced him dead upon arrival.
