Marlon Bennett, a 38-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on August 22, 2014, in Marrero, Louisiana. Marlon was an electrician and a resident of Marrero. On that fateful day, two unknown men forced their way into his home during the early hours of the morning. The intruders found Marlon in his bedroom and shot him once in the head. The perpetrators then fled the scene in an unknown vehicle.
