LaPatrick Mitchell, a 26-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of September 4, 2014, at a local car wash in Tallulah, Louisiana. The Madison Parish Sheriff's Office received a report of the shooting at approximately 8:32 p.m. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Mitchell's lifeless body.
