In the late afternoon of April 18, 2025, a sense of unease settled over a neighborhood in Tallulah, Louisiana. At approximately 5:14 p.m., the Madison Parish E-911 center received a distress call reporting a shooting at 111 West Oughbourne Street. Officers were dispatched and arrived at the scene within minutes, only to find that the victim had already been taken from the location.
