Marcus D.Muckey Lok Oliver, a 26-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on May 10, 2018, in Tallulah, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. at the corner of E. Washington St. and Jerry St. Witnesses reported that Oliver was on the phone with his girlfriend when a truck drove by and opened fire.
