Christopher Shane LeBlanc, a 40-year-old white male, died on September 8, 2014, in Pineville, Louisiana. The incident occurred mid-morning on Cummins Street between Louisiana College and the Cottingham Expressway. According to the Pineville Police Department, officers arrived on the scene to find LeBlanc outside of his home in his underwear and carrying a Samurai-style sword.
