Steven Wayne Saucier, a 56-year-old white male from Pineville, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on December 8, 2019. The incident occurred following an argument between Saucier and Kyle Lucien Ryland, a 25-year-old white male, near the intersection of Hog Lake Road and La. Highway 454 in the Kolin area. Witnesses reported that the argument escalated, leading Ryland to brandish a firearm and fatally shoot Saucier.
