In the Lower Ninth Ward of New Orleans on the evening of Saturday, September 27, 2014, the life of 26-year-old Brishen Ashon Dorsey was tragically cut short. Having just arrived in the city a mere two days prior, Brishen was found by authorities at 6:20 p.m. having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
