Grover L. Brown, a 58-year-old African American man from Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, was found dead in his home on November 23, 2014. Family members discovered his body around 7:30 a.m., and the Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to the call at 172 Garr Road. Investigators determined that Grover Brown had sustained a gunshot wound to the head.
