Daniel Tezeno Jr., a 24-year-old African American male from Crowley, LA, was tragically shot and killed on February 5, 2015. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. at the corner of Jacobs Avenue and Seventh Street. According to the police, Daniel Tezeno Jr. was giving a ride to his first cousin, Darius Thomas, also 24 years old and from Crowley, when an argument ensued. During the altercation, Thomas shot Tezeno in the torso, leading to his death.
