In the small city of Crowley, Louisiana, a violent act shattered the community on November 7, 2016, ending the life of 17-year-old Jarius Wilson. The young man was discovered in the passenger seat of a vehicle on Smith Street, the victim of a double shooting that also claimed the life of another individual, Dayton Harmon.
