In the spring of 2015, the life of 34-year-old Arglister Cheatham was cut short in Shreveport, Louisiana. On the last day of March, Cheatham was the victim of a fatal shooting. The incident prompted an investigation by the Shreveport Police Department's Violent Crimes detectives.
