In the summer of 2015, the community of Tangipahoa, Louisiana, was shaken by the violent death of one of its own. Claude A. Martin, a 31-year-old Black male, was found shot to death on Center Street on July 10th of that year. The incident left locals searching for answers and a family grappling with a sudden and tragic loss.
The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office launched an investigation into the homicide, with Detective Mike Sticker leading the inquiry.
Despite their efforts and appeals to the public for information, the case grew cold. Years have passed, and the circumstances surrounding Martin's death remain shrouded in mystery. No suspects have been publicly identified, and no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting.
