A simmering argument between two visitors at a mobile home in Tangipahoa Parish tragically escalated into a fatal shooting, leaving two men dead, including 25-year-old Genesis Kelly. The violent encounter also resulted in a 16-year-old resident of the home being hospitalized with gunshot wounds.
